Individualized custom training programs for olympic distance, Ironman 70.3 and Ironman.​

  • 2-3 coach-led workouts per week

  • Detailed training analysis

  • Daily adaption

  • Athletic and mobility training core to holistic approach to avoid injury

MARATHON COACHING

Marathon in the City

$200/ Month

Individualized, custom training programs for half or full marathon.​

Includes:

  • Weekly custom training program via TrainingPeaks platform

  • Virtual training sessions synchronized via Zwift

  • 1 coach-led workout per week

  • Detailed training analysis

  • Daily adaption

  • Athletic and mobility training core to holistic approach to avoid injury

  • Nutrition and race advice

  • Unlimited coach contact

ZOOM CLUB

Group Running

$50/ Month

Tap into coach-led group training practices and events, without individualized custom coaching plans.

Includes:

  • Access to coach-led group swim, bike, run practices. Practices held at least twice a week

  • Access to group special events, as scheduled

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TRAINING

Athletic Woman With Kettlebells

$75/ per virtual session; $100 per in-person session

60 minute individual strength training sessions conducted virtually or outdoors. 

Includes:

  • Sport nutrition advice

  • Lifestyle management and prioritization

  • Postural and core conditioning/ sport specific programming

TRACK & FIELD TRAINING

Sprint Runner

Pricing varies based on an individual plans. An average plan costs $300/ Month

Private event coaching and/or weekly practices available

Includes:

  • Weekly custom training programs

  • Detailed performance analysis

  • Daily adaption

  • Nutrition and racing advice 

  • Unlimited coach contact

FITNESS + NUTRITION CONSULTATION

Fitness Consultation: Evaluate athlete goals, needs and how Coach Keith can help. Fee is waived when you sign up for a coaching program.

Nutrition Consultation: We provide nutrition advice for both training and race days, because we know performance-oriented training doesn't work without nutritional advice.

All prices are based on the amount of time spent with the athlete and on the training program
