Half Ironman or Olympic Distance: $250/ month
Individualized custom training programs for olympic distance, Ironman 70.3 and Ironman.​

$200/ Month
Individualized, custom training programs for half or full marathon.​

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TRAINING

In Person: $100 per session or $900 for 10 sessions
Virtual: $75/ per session or $675 for 10 sessions
60 minute individual strength training sessions conducted virtually or outdoors.

Lifestyle management and prioritization
Postural and core conditioning/ sport specific programming
FITNESS + NUTRITION CONSULTATION

$50/ Session
Fitness Consultation: Evaluate athlete goals, needs and how Coach Keith can help. Fee is waived when you sign up for a coaching program.

Nutrition Consultation: We provide nutrition advice for both training and race days, because we know performance-oriented training doesn't work without nutritional advice.
All prices are based on the amount of time spent with the athlete and on the training program
