HOW ARE YOU ADAPTING YOUR COACHING FOR COVID?

There's never been a better time to get outside, build endurance, and work on personal strength & endurance skills. Coach Keith's virtual workouts are well suited for our new socially distanced reality. While races are on pause, now is the perfect time to improve performance, so you're ready to go once races resume.


All coach-led endurance training sessions are held outside and athletes are well spaced out. If an athlete is uncomfortable attending these sessions, Coach Keith can provide guidance for individual workouts.


Strength and conditioning training sessions can either be done virtually via FaceTime or Zoom, and in-person training sessions can be conducted outside. Coach Keith has all the equipment needed for in-person sessions. All equipment is cleaned after each session. The one exceptionalities is that clients are requested to bring their own yoga mat, if needed.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE WORKOUTS?

We leverage TrainingPeaks and Zwift to integrate coaching plans with your training activity. Athletes with an individual, customized coaching plan will receive these plans every Monday. They will detail the week's training activity with detailed descriptions of each workout, including duration, distance, effort-zone. You can then link your training sessions by way of STRAVA, Garmin, Polar, or Apple Watch, allowing Coach Keith to see a detailed analysis of your training performance.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

There are no minimum terms, and athletes can easily cancel at the end of each month, for any reason.

WHAT TYPE OF ATHLETES DO YOU WORK WITH?

Coach Keith has experience coaching a wide range of athletes, from elite to amateur, experienced to beginner. He also has experience working with a range of athletes of differing abilities, injuries-rehab, and mobility limitations.


Coach Keith best specializes in helping newbies kick off their racing careers. He enjoys partnering with these athletes to help them learn the in and outs and fundamentals of your sport of choice in order to see rapid progression.


He has experience coaching running, cycling, swim, track & field, as well as strength & conditioning training. He also provides advise for training nutrition and race day nutrition.

I'M INJURY PRONE AND/OR AM RECOVERING FROM AN INJURY. CAN YOU STILL HELP ME?

Yes! Athletic, functional, and mobility training is a core part of Coach Keith's holistic approach to avoid injury at high volumes or intensities. He has helped many athletes recover from prior injuries and prevent future injuries. He will dedicate time to listen to your concerns and will make recommendations and adjustments as necessary to accommodate you and your injury.

CAN YOU HELP ME WITH BIKE FITTINGS, EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDATIONS, ETC?

Yes! Coach Keith is well connected in the fitness industry and has many trusted partners he can refer you to. Don't worry, he's got a guy (or gal) who can help if he can't help you himself. 


Coach Keith offers an exclusive consulting service for athletes seeking expert advice on Bike Fitting, Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning, Racing and Race execution, and VO2/Lactate Threshold Testing.

DO YOU DO REMOTE COACHING AND, IF SO, HOW DOES THAT WORK?

Yes! Coach Keith regularly works with athletes who are not located in the Bay Area. Thanks to the TrainingPeaks and Zwift technology, Coach Keith can easily coach remote athletes. He can even help research local ride/ run routes to fit your specific training needs.

WHAT GEAR OR EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?

Coach Keith recommends a heart rate monitor for all athletes, and he can help recommend one that will fit your needs.


Depending on the sport you're training for, Coach Keith can recommend additional proper gear.
